Reiki and the Singing Bowls with Nancy and Beth Friday May 10th at 7pm
Through the power of sound, singing bowls can be used to heal, create feelings of peace, and cultivate energy flow and balance into your chakras. Reiki calms the nervous system and also helps to balance the chakra system. The combination is powerful !

Safe Circle; Exercise your Intuition and Gain Trust in Yourself. Tuesday May 14th 7pm
A circle of like minded souls, practicing listening to your intuition, gaining trust in yourself, your guides, and mediumship abilities. We will start with a meditation to ground. The workshop is scheduled for 90 minutes so that all are able to tune in and share if they are guided to do so. Beth will open up by playing 3 Crystal Singing Bowls to aid us in going into ourselves. The night has always been a special insightful experience. A theme of a general message always surfaces, as well as individual messages. The night often includes Language of the Heart channeling, as well as Galactic channeling through Beth.

Yin Yoga and the Bowls with Nancy and Marije Friday May 17th at 7pm
Through the power of sound, singing bowls can be used to heal, create feelings of peace, and cultivate energy flow and balance into your chakras. Chakras are “wheels” of energy, aligned along the spine, that have a direct influence on your life, as they affect your behavior, feelings and emotions.
Yin Yoga is a meditative practice in which floor poses are held for longer periods of time while the body relaxes. This practice creates more space in both your physical and energetic bodies, and is wonderful to combine with crystal singing bowls. As you open your body through the poses you will receive even more benefit from the sound healing.

Meditation & Channeling with the Angelic Realm with UK Spiritual Medium and Angelic Channel Dee Grewal; Sunday May 19th at Noon
A meditation of Empowerment and Affirmation to help you transcend through obstacles and challenges. This meditational experience will be unique to the group in attendance as Dee channels her mediations depending on the need for each collective group. Dee will have a discussion with those who attend and tune into the energy of the group and then channel a meditation that will focus on the needs of the group as a collective. This Meditation will be a healing experience for all who attend as she will be working with the Angelic Realm, Ascended Masters as well as her personal guides for the purpose of this meditation. These meditations are high vibrational and the healing, and unconditional love of the Divine is felt by all.
Once the Meditation is complete Dee will remain in a meditative and trance state to channel a message for the group. The purpose of these messages will be to provide guidance for the coming months and enlighten us to the energy of the collective consciousness over the coming months.
At the end of the session you will have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the messages that were channeled and received.
